Meetings and tours are by appointment only. Use the inquiry form on the contact page to request a tour. Due to events on weekends, our tour days are typically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

We do allow alcohol with the following requirements.

• A licensed and insured bartender that is approved by the venue must serve alcohol.

• Alcohol can be served for 5 hours, and the bar must close 30 minutes before the end of the reception.

• No self serve alcohol is allowed at any point.

A wedding coordinator is not included in your base rental fee. We do offer coordination services for an additional cost. We do recommend that you take advantage of these services. We do also maintain a list of referrals for off site coordinators/planners.

Dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Your date is reserved once a contract is signed, and a deposit payment is made. We are not able to hold dates.

Deposits are 30% of the package cost. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

We will do our best to facilitate a time for rehearsal at the venue. Due to the nature of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings, this is not always possible.

If the venue is not available the day before your wedding, we will accommodate opening the venue early on the day of for your rehearsal.
